Below are answers to some frequently asked questions to help you with various areas of this site.

Online Monument Designer

A subscription costs $79 a month, but every subscription begins with a 30-day free trial.

We use AI and DXF formats, which will work with just about every design software.

The online monument designer is more of an in-house sales tool. You do have the ability to share a link on your website along with your username and password, but that enables anyone to see and use designs you have saved, as well as access possible monument prices. While it is possible, it would not keep your work confidential.

Yahoo and Hotmail addresses often block messages generated by servers such as ours. If you want to be sure your customer receives your email, you may also want to try exporting a JPG file to your downloads folder and attaching the file to a new message in your email.

A subscription to the designer will give you access to all of our design series, as well as our monument clip art which includes about 3,500 designs. Our Disk III designs are included, along with over 25 different fonts.

You can log in as often as you would like, and you are welcome to export anything you want.

Yes! We want to help you! We will listen to you, and go at your pace. We may be able to help with a quick call, or we may need to get connected to your screen to show you what to do.

It doesn't happen for everyone, but it does happen often. We will help you learn the Designer and create a beautiful, personal memorial for your customer.

Give us a call. Often your computer may “remember” a username or password with a typographical error. Try typing those in by hand. If that doesn't work please call us, and we can help you reset your password and tell you exactly what your username is.

Yes. It's easy, and we can show you and your stencil cutter or supplier how to do it if you need help.

No. All of our subscription payments are processed by Stripe. They are a large and very reputable processor with a great reputation in the electronic payment industry.

It's easy if you visit https://designmart.com/. Make sure you are logged in first. You will see your username in the top right corner. Click on it and then click Subscriptions and Payments. This page will allow you to cancel, change your card, etc.

Your designs will be right where you left them, and you'll be ready to move ahead.

Online Catalog

After you sign up for the Online Catalog and Monument Designer, you will immediately have access to the Online Catalog. If you are signed in, you will see the Online Catalog link in the top right of the page. This takes you straight into the Catalog. If you are not signed in, simply enter your credentials and log in.

  1. Click here to access the catalog.
  2. Enter your username and password.
  3. Click log in.

The Online Catalog will work with phones as well as tablets, as shown in our tutorial video here. Feel free to browse through the books wherever you are.

Brochures & Books

Our brochures come in bundles of 250, 500, 1000, 2000, 3000, 5000. Bundles include one title.

We have more than 20 titles to choose from with corresponding brochures. We offer a design series to fit virtually any cemetery requirement or budget.

We can have you company name, logo, website, or anything else you want printed on your brochures.

Custom Vector Art

We can use a photo to match a design for you IF it is taken straight on, and is a high quality image.

Turnaround time is typically 3-5 days, depending on what kind of line we have.

Our standard is .09 v-lines, but this may vary slightly depending on the amount of detail a design calls for.

We have to see what you are asking for before we can quote custom vector artwork for you. Pricing depends on size, amount of detail needed, and amount of time it will take to complete. Every custom job is different.

Custom Etching Art

We have to see what you are asking for before we can quote custom etching artwork for you. Pricing depends on size, amount of detail needed, and amount of time it will take to complete. Every custom job is different.

We like to stick to 300dpi, but resolution also depends on the quality of the image you send us. Better quality images create the best etchings.

Turnaround time all depends on the amount of editing needed. We'll be happy to give you an idea of how long it will take once we see what you need to have done.
