Payment Information: There are two ways to pay for your order - you may establish an account or you may prepay. You may establish an account in one of two ways. First, you may provide two Elberton granite manufacturers who ship to you on open account. Material suppliers (such as Bicknell & Miles Supply) are not granite manufacturers. Also, if you're paying your manufacturer's driver, this is COD and not an open account. Your second option in establishing an account is as follows: You may pay by check, in advance, for your first order. Your second order will require half payment by check, in advance, and we will bill the balance. If the balance is paid within our 30 day terms, you will have an open account for your third order. You may prepay in one of two ways. You may send a check, and your order will be processed upon receipt of payment or you may pay with a credit card. Design Mart accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.
Return Policy: All sales are final. There are no returns, refunds or exchanges. For book and brochure orders please check our web site for detailed information on our publications or call 800 736 7455 if you have questions. For software orders, please request demo files and ask our studio any questions about files or fonts prior to ordering. For custom artwork, all time will be billed at the agreed hourly rate regardless of your customer's decision to purchase or cancel a monument sale with you. File conversions and precut stencil are processed as they are received with no refunds, exchanges or returns. If your studio needs assistance we can help you with custom art, or technical support. Files for stencil cutting are processed "as is" with no clean up from our studio unless requested. Technical assistance is billed only if our studio is successful in answering your question.
Guarantee:
Software Warranty: 30 day media guarantee. All disks & CDs are guaranteed for 30 days from date of purchase, and will be replaced at no cost. Any disks found faulty, damaged or incompatible after 30 days are not eligible for free replacement. Magnetic disks (diskettes) and optical disks (CDs and DVDs) can fail. Wear and exposure to electromagnetic fields (monitors, speakers, etc.) can affect magnetic disks and scratches and deterioration of the dye used in CDs and DVDs can cause them to fail without warning. There are also known compatibility issues due to CD recording speeds, CD manufacturing techniques, changes in drives, and changes in Windows that are beyond our control. CD-Rs are created with a laser heating a dye to form the pits and bands that are the physical equivalent of the magnetic 0s and 1s. CD-RWs are created with a laser melting and re-crystallizing an aluminum alloy to form the pits and bands - and the alloy promptly starts to de-crystallize, taking data with it. In addition, a combination of XP and Vista compatibility and CD-RW packet-writing issues have been known to cause problems. Before ordering replacement CDs, you may wish to try one of the recovery programs such as cdroller at www.cdroller.com or ISOBuster www.isobuster.com. Both have a "trial" version that helps determine if anything can be recovered from a CD.
No electronically delivered files are eligible for free replacement at any time. Please take care when downloading, using, and archiving these files.
Book & Brochures Warranty: All books and brochures are guaranteed to arrive in good condition. Please notify Design Mart immediately if there are problems with your order. If your package is damaged, you may refuse the shipment or file a damage claim with the carrier. If you need assistance filing a claim or tracking a package, please email us at d-mart@designmart.com or call (800) 736-7455.

Business Card Catalogs and Business Cards
Business Card Catalogs are small catalogs that are the size of a business card.
Prices: 250 = $225.00; 500 = $450.00; 1,000 = $802.00; 2,000 = $1482.00
Pre-printed color Business Cards feature a monument & background on one side and blank on back for your company name and other info.
Color DMart Monument on one side: 500 = $125.00; 1,000 = $220.00; 2,000 = $360.00
Imprinting with your name and info on back adds: 500 = $45.00; 1,000 = $60.00; 2,000 = $70.00
Custom Business Cards include D-Mart license for reprinting a D-Mart monument design on the card - if desired. One color (for example, black or blue) on standard stock if artwork is provided digitally. 500 = $100. Please contact Design Mart for quotes on additional colors, stocks/finishes, design/logo/layout charges, quantities, etc.
Book/Catalog, Notebook & Portfolio Prices
Books/Catalogs are 11" x 8 1/2" soft-cover glossy sales books featuring carving identification numbers, alternate sizes, monument identification numbers, table of contents, and a carving index.
Notebooks are 3-ring notebooks that contain glossy 11" x 8 1/2" prints in acetate sleeves.
Portfolios are twin-pocket portfolios that contain glossy 11" x 8 1/2" prints.

Software Protection Plan
Design Mart's protection plan offers a convenient and cost-effective replacement of any of your CDs that are lost, damaged or stolen. Most insurance policies cover damage or theft, but if you are uninsured Design Mart is there to help.
This one-time replacement service requires proof of purchase. If you do not have a paid invoice or returned check, Design Mart's staff can search invoices from the past 10 years for you at a cost of $15. If a search using a second company name is required each additional search costs $10. Search fees apply even if no invoice is found.
Protection Plan applies to CDs as well as files (such as designs and fonts) that have been emailed to your company.

File Conversion
File conversion service allows users to submit photos for conversion to sandblast vectors or CAD files. Users may also convert files to allow their use in various programs.
Applications include: Gerber, MonuCad Pro, Corel Draw, FlexiSign, Signlab, Casmate, AutoCad, Cochran, Illustrator, Generic CAD.

Prices shown are for files of the same format. For example: Four .JPG > .PLT conversions would cost $15.00 each. A .JPG > .PLT conversion, a .BMP > .PLT conversion, a .TIF > .PLT conversion, and a .GIF > .PLT conversion would cost $20.00 each for a total of $80.00. File conversion results vary depending upon the type and version of software you are using, the experience of the operator, and the resolution/quality of source artwork. All files submitted must be converted and charged in order to create a final file OR diagnose problems. Unsuccesful conversions must still be billed. All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges.
Glossy Prints
Design prints are available for most of our monument designs at a cost of $4.00 each. If more than one print is ordered, prints are all $3.00 each. Please call for volume discounts if ordering a high quantity. Shipping and handling is $8.79 for up to 20 prints. Please contact us for shipping and handling charges on higher quantities. Faxed Prints
Prints of any design may be faxed for $10.00 each. If vector/CAD files are ordered as a result of the fax $10.00 will be deducted from the cost of the design. All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges.
